Selecting Fields For the Query
- Choose the Next button on the External Tables page. (You will not be selecting any External Tables to complete this report.)
Page 4 appears and allows you to select the fields for your query:

- Choose the Add Fields button. The Column Editor dialog box appears.
- Choose the Add button. The Multi-Field Selector dialog box appears.
- Select the following fields from the Available Fields selection list: Allocated, Onhand, OnOrder, ItemName, Itemnum, and Price.
- Choose the Add button to move the fields into the Selected Fields list. In the report, fields appear in the same order as in the Selected Fields list.
- To change the order of the Selected Fields list, select a field, then use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to move the fields in the list.
The fields should appear in the report in the following order: ItemName, Itemnum, Price, Onhand, OnOrder, and Allocated, as shown below.

- Choose OK, then choose OK on the Column Editor dialog box.
Page 4 reappears, with the selected fields listed.
- Choose the Next button.
Page 5, the Style page, appears.
