Using the CAN-DO Function in a WHERE Clause
You can also use the CAN-DO function in the WHERE clause of an SQL statement. For example, you might want to define security constraints for selected rows in a table.
In this example, user privileges for accessing a table with payroll information are stored in the access column of each row. In this case, the access column might grant access privileges to the employee (and manager) whose payroll information the row contains:
