Selecting Fields For the Query
Follow these steps to select the fields for the query:
- Choose the Next button. (You will not be selecting any External Tables to complete this report.)
Page 4 (Fields) appears.
- Choose the Add Fields button. The Column Editor appears.
- Choose the Add button. The Multi-Field Selector dialog box appears.
- Select the following field names from the Available Fields selection list: Name, SalesRep, Contact, Phone, and Balance.
- Choose the Add button to move each field name to the Selected Fields list.
- Choose OK. The Column Editor dialog reappears.
The Column Editor should look similar:
