Using the Progress AppServer
Preparing NT 4.0 for Standalone Operation
To prepare NT 4.0 for running the AppServer in a standalone environment, you must create a non-network configuration and install the Remote Access Service to allow the AdminServer to successfully load.
Whenever you reboot after completing these procedures, Windows prompts you to specify a configuration. When you want to run the AppServer standalone, choose the No Network configuration that you create using the following procedures.
