Creating Non-scrolling Regions
Help allows you to create a non-scrolling region at the start of a help topic. The non-scrolling region displays part of the help topic (such as the topic heading and/or a graphic) continuously while the user scrolls through the other text in the help topic as shown in Figure 3–5.

Help topics that you want the help engine to display in an overlapping, popup window, should not contain non-scrolling regions; otherwise, only the non-scrolling region will display.
Follow these steps to create a non-scrolling region for a help topic with MS-Word:
- Select all the lines of help text that you want to include in the non-scrolling region.
The selected text must include the first line of the help topic. The selection may include a graphic reference.
- Choose Format
Paragraph.
The Paragraph dialog box appears.
- Activate the Keep With Next toggle box.
- Choose OK.
