Proxy Authentication For WebClient

When WebClient downloads an Application Configuration (.prowcapp) file or a component (.cab) file from a Web server, the user is prompted for Proxy server authentication information when a proxy authentication error status is detected. The authentication information is cached in encrypted form in the registry.

The user has the option of caching the information persistently. If the user chooses to persistently cache the information, WebClient Initializer retrieves the Proxy server authentication information from the registry for subsequent downloads and passes the cached information to WebClient using -proxyUserid and -proxyPassword.

If values for -proxyhost and -proxyport are not specified in the registry, WebClient Initializer does not pass -proxyPassword to WebClient, even if the authentication information is cached.
