Selecting Fields For the Query

Follow these steps to select the fields for the query:

  1. Choose the Next button. (You will not be selecting any External Tables to complete this report.)
  2. Page 4 (Fields) appears.

  3. Choose the Add Fields button. The Column Editor appears.
  4. Choose the Add button. The Multi-Field Selector dialog box appears.
  5. Select the following field names from the Available Fields selection list: Name, SalesRep, Contact, Phone, and Balance.
  6. Choose the Add button to move each field name to the Selected Fields list.
  7. Choose OK. The Column Editor dialog reappears.
  8. The Column Editor should look similar:
