DUMP DATA (DMPPRODTA)

Use the DMPPRODTA utility to perform a native dump of data from one or more physical files in the Progress/400 dictionary library. The data is dumped into an output file in a specified directory in the root file system.

Note that this utility performs the dump directly on the AS/400 as opposed to through client-server processes, as discussed in the "Dumping Data" section in Remote Client DB2/400 Utilities."
