prordbl() - Read LOGICAL Field
The
prordbl()
function reads the value of a LOGICAL field in a shared buffer.On successful completion,
prordbl()
returns 0; otherwise, it returns a non-zero value:SYNTAX
pbufnam
This input parameter points to the name of the specified shared buffer. You supply the name from your Progress application.
fhandle
This input parameter is the field handle that
profldix()
returns for the specified field.index
This input parameter specifies an index value for an array field. If the field is not an array, you must set the value of index to 0.
pvar
This output parameter points to an integer where
prordbl()
returns the value of the specified LOGICAL field. Theprordl()
function returns 1 if the LOGICAL field is TRUE, and 0 otherwise.punknown
This output parameter points to an integer where
prordbl()
