Previewing Reports

Before sending a report to the printer, you can preview it on screen to check fonts, field placement, page breaks, and other elements of the page layout. The Print Preview window consists of a facsimile of the first page of the report, with VCR-like buttons at the top that allow you to page forward and backward through a multi-page report, magnify portions of the page, print the current page or the entire report, and pause or cancel the preview.
