Revoking Privileges
The REVOKE statement revokes either particular privileges or all privileges previously granted to one or more users. The owner and any user with the GRANT privilege can revoke privileges. The REVOKE statement has the following syntax.
The grantee-list is either a list of user names separated by commas, or the keyword PUBLIC. The keyword PUBLIC revokes the specified privileges from all users, except those users to whom privileges have been individually granted. No privileges can be revoked from the owner.
The following example revokes DELETE and UPDATE privileges on the cust_table from users jones and brown.
