Using the Uninstall Or Add/Remove Program Utility

You can run the Uninstall utility (or use the Add/Remove Programs utility located in the Windows Control Panel) to automatically remove WebSpeed from your system. Running the Uninstall or the Remove Program utility removes configuration information from the registry and prevents conflict with subsequent WebSpeed installations.

Follow these steps to run the Uninstall utility:

  1. Log in under the same domain and user name you used when you installed WebSpeed.
  2. Choose the Uninstall icon in the Progress Program Group. The Confirm File Deletion dialog box appears:
  3. Choose Yes. The Remove Programs From Your Computer dialog box appears:
  4. The Uninstall utility deletes the components that you installed.

  5. Choose OK when the uninstall process is complete.
