Introduction
Use the Reports module to quickly create single-section reports. Reports can consist of data from one or more Atlas database files, as well as calculated values and totals.
Once you define a report, you can display it on your screen, send it to a printer, or send it to an operating system file. If you attempt to load an existing report whose file structures have been modified since the last time you ran the report, the Reports module notifies you and adjusts the report as best it can. You can also modify your report layout through menu choices. You have complete control over headers, footers, labels, and spacing.
The Reports module window is divided into three sections: horizontal menu, information window, and layout window. The next section describes the options on the horizontal menu.
